Paul Medling, PLA, our talented landscape architect, envisioned and designed this stunning transformation for a full-service retirement community, enhancing the lives of its residents. Our dedicated Installation and Construction team brought Paul's vision to life with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Paul's thoughtful design revitalized the courtyard, creating a more inviting and enjoyable space for the community's residents. He considered every season, incorporating key features like a beautiful pergola with ceiling fans to provide comfort during warm months and an outdoor fireplace for cooler seasons. A tranquil reflecting pool was added, its gentle water flow creating a soothing ambiance.

Preserving the existing maple grove, we enhanced it with soft grasses to cover roots and lend a more welcoming aesthetic. Vibrant blooming annuals and perennials were carefully integrated to soften the hardscaping, adding natural beauty and color to complement the outdoor space.

The result is a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics, reflecting Paul's expertise and our team's commitment to delivering exceptional landscapes that truly enrich the lives of those who call this community home.
